Hello, old-school Pokémon lovers! We’ve undergone some minor changes in our 1st and 2nd generation forums, mainly in that everything has been merged to be more compact! Where we once had eight sub-forums, we now have just four! We’re confident that this will suit the forum’s needs far better, so we hope you enjoy it.

As always, be smart with posting. These forums are for 1st gen discussion only, so if you want to talk about Black Version or your FireRed team, this isn’t the place. If a question has already been answered, you do not need to repeat the same answer. If you see SPAM posts/threads, report it and don't respond. If a thread with the topic you want to discuss already exists, use it instead of creating a new one.

Also, if you want to post in a thread that hasn’t had a new post in under 30 days,
DO NOT POST IN IT.

Bumping, the act of reviving an inactive thread, is against the rules, and it is a big problem in these forums. Check the date of the last post in a thread; if it is more than 30 days old, responding to it is considered bumping. You will receive an Infraction for doing it.

Needlessly bumping threads happens far too much here, so please stop it. We want to keep these new sub-forums fresh, so please help us contribute to that. Always be sure to read the rules, and as always, have fun!
