Generally the technique is to BP a sub to it, predict something like an EQ from a Cber or something that is absolute **** against charizard and then belly drum. Then continue to sweep teams.

Don't max out Special Defense. Only 320 stat or so is good enough in my opinion (if it works for Umbreon with only 380 HP, should work for Lax with over 400+) Needs more Defense.

No. Trace > Synchronize, Trace will almost always help you out more. Copy Jolteon's Volt Absorb, etc. Fire Punch > Ice Punch to mess up steels.

They sure do. Go Shadow Ball or EQ > Yawn, preferrably EQ to **** up Metagross and Tyranitar.

iirc 'Carl' used this, and it works

however, Chesto sucks, get lefties as it'll easily survive the rests

needs Sassy nature and a lot of SDef/HP/Def

also i'd use a Pursuit metagross if you use this, so that ghosts can't just freely rape you
