Just off the top of my head, nothing here can absorb Normal Typed attacks. So Tauros, Snorlax and anything else that gets STAB on Return is gonna give you problems.

Edit: Same can be said for Flying attacks since Jolteon hasn't got the defenses to take them. You need a Steel or Rock type IMO. Ditch Duggy or Phan for one.

good team,
but 2 ground types?
get rid of 1,i suggest dugtrio,
Get a strong tank,(Blastoise) or go for a rock type.
Overall i think its good

Hp grass works better on Jolteon, BTW.

Special sala needs Hydro pump/crunch/wish instead of EQ

Dugtrio is OK

for blissey, id say you maxed HP, but im not sure, ask someone else.

Rest works better on Donphan, but you lack a Phazer, so its fine.

I see 0mas set for Hera became very popular in a short time (lol).

earthquake on modest mence is pointless, as fire blast hits every steel for more damage, hp grass hits rocks harder etc.

wish > EQ

this team needs alot of work. I'll suggest on the pokemon, and then which pokemon to change for who.

Jolteon is fine, to be honest, but if your going to bp alot, then you can give him more HP, and ditch SAtk.

sorry, but rofl at Salamence. get rid of everything there, and put cbmence, with eq, rs, hpflying and flamethrower or something. give it adamant, with all iv's 30 except speed, which is 31, and you will have a cheat hp flying. give it 252 speed and attack.

get rid of Dugtrio, and put Skarmory, because Tauros and Dodrio will ****ing rape you.

i would give Blissey less hp, like 671, and give it more speed.

just let donphan have max hp, 330 attack, impish and rest in defense. and maybe consider rest over roar.

heracross, bleh. you can put metagross, if you want to, cbgross. or, you can let heracross have sleep talk. up to you. just get rid of heracross because tyranitar is becoming more and more common.

so put skarmory over dugtrio, and something that does not endrever, a physical sweeper inplace of heracross (you can use sleep talk heracross). and you could get rid of jolteon for jirachi.

Physical is standard but Special mence can function just fine once the element of surprise is gone.
