if not put in skarmory take out arrgon and put in a fighting or a ground

ALL FIRE moves on Torkoal!!!?? Try giving it some diversity. Also, a Flygon would work well. Teach it moves like Earthquake, Dragon Claw, 2 of your choice, and don't give your Sceptile either Earthquake or Dragon Claw. I would also suggest a Walrein instead of a Pelipper.

Is there some sort of trend to give Torkoal all Fire Moves? Because a lot of RMTs have Torkoals like that ._.

And just to say, Special Attacks don't work on Aggron because of its microscopic Base Special Attack.
