Meh, it was put here so why bellyache? I feel mehish. So meh. I'll start where Arilock left off.

Mewtwo@ Lefties if you can get them (Lum berry if not, or nothing)
Psychic
Recover
Safeguard
Calm Mind or Sp. Attack

Steelix@ Lefties (I don't really know steelix, so don't trust this much)
Earthquake
Iron Tail
Double Edge (Only w/ rock head)
Rest

Salamence@ Lefties (I think this is the set I used once upon a time)
Dragon Claw
Fly (only IG)
Flamethrower
Earthquake

Scizor@ Lefties (DON'T USE IT!! SCYTHER IS BETTER!! that's just IMO, I have never used scizor, so I couldn't tell you.)

Metagross@ Lefties
Earthquake
Meteor Mash
Psychic
Explosion

Latios@ Lefties or Soul Dew (<never used Item before)
Psychic
Recover
Shadow Ball
Dragon Claw

Umbreon@ Lefties (Never really used it, like steelix)
Faint Attack
Wish (To heal team, or drop for special filler)
Moonlight (To heal self
Toxic

All this is from my experience, so don't fully trust it.

Yes, please do not listen to the mediocre movesets MewSP gave.

Seriously, make your own movesets, that's how you get better.

When you're done making your own sets, check here under "Strategy."

except that you can modify the sets to match the ingame version (a.k.a drop hidden power....less rapid spin, etc)
