I can esily counter this team with a Swampert... It's too unbalanced. Try less flying types, less fire types. I always try to keep one Pokemon of a certan type on my teams... for example...

Actually, I'd say this team is raped by a full HP flailing Magikarp. Definetely you need to change some moves. Blast Burn, Mega Kick, and Hyper Beam all suck.
