What's a good moveset for Chimeco?

My main question is Yawn or Heal Bell.

that's the moveset i use, except with Safeguard over reflect/lightscr/cm because i really don't like status. mine's timid just for hoping that it'll give me enough speed to actually set up the screen or do whatever before dying.
