Moving to RMT, please pay some attention around the forums--even the RULES sticky in this section says that movesets do not belong here. >>;;

This guy's got 8 Pokemon posted, so he could just choose between Venusaur and Sceptile anyways. What would a special sweeping Sceptile look like anyways? I'm hoping anything but this:
Sceptile @ Leftovers
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Leaf Blade
- Thunderpunch
- Crunch
- Dragon Claw

...or theres the Endeavour set as well. Basically add petaya berry and substitute > Crunch and Endeavour >Dragon Claw/Thundepunch.

It depends what you want it for actually. For subseeding, go timid, alternatively timid works for special sweeping as well. Modest doesn't work well with subseeding as it needs the extra speed boost D:

That's why Modest would work for that set.

Either way I prefer timid :p

Eh, it really depends on the application of Sceptile. (Read as: Varied by what you're going to use him for)
