Salamence @ Choice Band
EVs: 252 attack, 252 speed, 6 HP
Adamant nature (+Special Attack, - Attack)
Trait: Intimidate
Aerial Ace
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Brick Break

^^ Aerial Ace over HP Flying as HP Flying was too hard to get. Earthquake with nice power advantage, Rock Slide get's flying types with flinch chance. Brick Break for filler. I prefer the CBmence over DDmence.

Heracross @ Salac Berry
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Special Defense, 6 speed
Adamant nature (+Attack, - Special Attack)
Trait: Guts
Endure
Reversal
Swords Dance
Megahorn

^^ Standard Endurecross. Tyranitar laughs at this set up, but can really destroy a team after a swords dance then reversal at 1hp. Ghosts will laugh also, but megahorn will destroy them even if it's not super effective.

Ludicolo @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Modest nature (+Special Attack, - Attack)
Trait: Swift Swim
Leech Seed
Rain Dance
Surf
Ice Beam

Leech Seed to help Ludicolo last longer in battle. Rain Dance doubles speed to be able to sweep better. Surf for STAB, Ice Beam for grass types and dragons. Weak against water types of course.

Gengar @ Salac Berry
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Special Attack, 6 HP.
Modest Nature (+ Special Attack, - Attack)
Trait: Levitate
Giga Drain
Destiny Bond
Psychic
Thunderbolt

Salac Berry is there so I can use a destiny bond when HP is low. Giga Drain to kill Swampert which is sent out a lot against Gengar, Psychic to beat some other stuff, and thunderbolt for a few other things.

Gardevoir @ Leftovers
Trait: Trace
EVs: 172 HP, 136 Defense, 20 Speed, 46 Special Attack, 136 Special Defense.
Modest Nature (+ Special Attack, - Attack)
Calm Mind
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Will-O-Wisp

Trace can be fun if you switch into Shedinja and some other things. Will-O-Wisp to lower attack on stuff like Tauros, calm mind to boost sweeping abilities. Psychic as main move with STAB and special defense lowering chance, thunderbolt for dark types with paralyze chance.

Jolteon @ Petaya Berry
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Special Attack, 6 HP
Modest nature (+Special Attack, - Attack)
Hidden Power Ice
Thunder Wave
Thunderbolt
Substitute

I actually bothered giving HP Ice on this one. Thunder Wave to slow down things, sub against statuses to give a free turn. I like this guy as he can actually outspeed Dugtrio and KO Dugtrio with HP ice. Can't kill Skarmory as easy as Magneton can though.

Yes I know this lacks a tank, but I don't know.

Can only be bothered to say that jolt should lead. Also needs BP>thunderwave considering you have sub.

Maybe Fire Blast> Brick break on Salamence.
Jolteon should lead, BP over T-Wave.
EV's a bit simple, but thats ok

Why Fireblast over Brick Break? Fire Blast gets Steel types, which I've got EQ for, Grass types I've got Aerial Ace for, and Ice types which I can brick break. But I'll try what you suggested.

for gingar teach it fire punch(for steel types) insted of Destiny Bond thunderbolt can attack steel types & can defeat them but it is not a great option so use firepunch insted (at least 4 steelix "gigadrain for steelix will be hard to win")
also for Heracross: megahorn/brickbreak/rocktomb/swordsdance * i think those are the best moves 4 Heracross
* megahorn 4 psychic/dark/grass types brickbreak 4 steel/rock/ice/dark/normal types rocktomb 4 flying/ice/bug/fire types swordsdance to sarply boost attack

For gengar, teach it fire punch(for steel types) instead of Destiny Bond because thunderbolt can attack steel types and can defeat them. However, it is not a great option so use firepunch instead (at least for steelix because gigadrain for steelix will be hard to win).
Also, for Heracross use megahorn/brickbreak/rocktomb/swordsdance ( I think those are the best moves for Heracross)
- megahorn for psychic/dark/grass types
-brickbreak for steel/rock/ice/dark/normal types
-rocktomb for flying/ice/bug/fire types
- swords dance to sharply boost attack

A nice readable post. 8)

BTW, Rock Slide>Rock Tomb.

I actually prefer Endurecross over other Heracross sets, though... It works much better for me and seems to be more effective on stuff. One swords dance boosted reversal at 1 hp kills anything, super effective or not. Megahorn nails ghosts, even though it's not super effective.

Endurecross works until you encounter one of those ever-common Quick Attackers, but that's why you've got a team.
