This is a Fire Red Team. As of now, I don't have access to any other games.

Zapdos@Amulet Coin

- Fly (I know what you're going to say; it's useless in battle...But it's handy.)
- Drill Peck

Flareon
Lv. 60
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: N/A
Nature: Careful
-Double-Edge
-Flamethrowr
-Bite
-Fire Blast

Dragonite
Lv. 56
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: N/A
Nature: Calm
- Dragon Rage

- Wing Attack

First off. Concrit is appreciated. Not Flames, thanks. >>; I hope you at Serebii are mature enough to take that in stride, as opposed to some other forums.

Second. I don't care if you think Zapdos is overused, or whatnot. It happens to be one that I like. This isn't to say that I don't accept advice for other Pokes, just don't go "He/She/It is so overused! It sukzorz!!1shift!! Change eet!"

Third. I'm betting I'm coming off like a real <expletive>. xD; I'm sorry, I'm not usually like this, I've just had rough luck in these sorts of forums.

Fourth. I caught all these Pokes before I knew anything of natures/EVs/etc. So. The natures suck, and the EVs do as well. @w@

Fifth. I know. I know. "No two moves of the same type,etc..." I already know that, don't repeat it. x.o; Help as to what moves would work well is appreciated.

Muchlove to those who take the time to answer. <3

IB? EQ? xD; Now I feel like a real newblet. I'm afraid I don't really know what those stand for. ^^; But thanks for the advice.

magnemiteZ
5th March 2006, 5:57 PM
IB=Ice Beam
EQ=Earthquake

But writing the whole thing out is better than that most of the time (unless you are talking to people who know their Sh*t)

Starfishy-chan
5th March 2006, 7:12 PM
Hey, I remember seeing you around in the FR/LG forum. =o </off topic>

And thanks. I don't feel so bad now. xD I've thought of Ice Beam before, but never considered Earthquake...*contemplates*

magnemiteZ

Ummm, Hi... :)

Yeah, I don't like EQ on Blastiose. I prefer a nice Mirror coat (to catch those Electric and Grass types off guard)

snorlax
5th March 2006, 7:51 PM
i like the three water attacks on blastoise surf>other water attacks

flareon likes to be very physical

dragonite is

sub
punch
flame/ice beam
claw/t-bolt

haunter has no attack so dont shadow ball

jindahouse
5th March 2006, 8:37 PM
i like ya team but flareon
overheat
flamethrower
iron tail
bite

and blastoise get rid of water pulse for ice beam

Dragonite
dragon claw
ice beam/flamethrower
iron tail
thunderbolt

use left overs n focus bands and choice bands on ya pokemon not to good with EV's and for your 6th pokemon add a grass/ground/fighting

ZNtelle
5th March 2006, 8:43 PM
Don't listen jindahouse by the way. Flareon needs this set.

Flareon @ Choice Band
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Return
- Shadow Ball
- Quick Attack
- Overheat

snorlax
6th March 2006, 3:20 AM
listen to nine thou and then never listen to jindahouse

Starfishy-chan
7th March 2006, 3:19 AM
Mixed...answers...*dies* D: Nine Thou/Toy, I'll be taking your advice. n.n I never really would have considered Quick Attack, but it's worth a shot.

DragonDance
7th March 2006, 3:26 AM
jindahouse = crap.
don't listen to Dragon Trainer eather. his sets were ****.

listen to NT/Toy plz.

Starfishy-chan
7th March 2006, 3:28 AM
All the Jindahouse bashing...^^; But since I'm still a little newblet here, I guess I'd better follow what the majority says. =o Thankyew.

magnemiteZ
7th March 2006, 12:56 PM
Following the majority... lol

It seems that that is the best way around here.

This is a Fire Red Team. As of now, I don't have access to any other games.

Blastoise@Leftovers
Lv. 62
Trait: Torrent
EVs: N/A
Nature: Bold
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Counter
-Rest

Haunter@Leftovers
Lv. 61
Trait: Levitate
EVs: N/A
Nature: Hasty
-Sludge Bomb
-Focus Punch
-Ice Punch/Fire Punch/Giga Drain/Thunderbolt
-Destiny Bond/Hypnosis

lol. Suggested an alternative to fit with your team. Why not special gar or McIceGar? Because you already have draggy for boltbeaming and subpunching which is pretty much what gar/hanutrer does :/ Besides you'll benefit from another status inflicter (zapdos being the only other one).

Zapdos@Leftovers
Lv. 64
Trait: Pressure
EVs: N/A
Nature: Modest
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt
- Rest
- Sleep Talk/Light Screen

Blah HP grass/Ice is needed but hey it's in game. Didn't say sub/baton pass considering this isn't pokemon XD

Flareon@Choice Band
Lv. 60
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: N/A
Nature: Adamant/Brave
-Return/Double-Edge
-Flamethrower
-Quick Attack
-Shadow Ball

Usually Overheat>Flamethrower but it may need the PP in-game so yeah ;l

Dragonite@Leftovers/Lum Berry
Lv. 56
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: N/A
Nature: Calm
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Dragon Dance/Substitute
- Aerial Ace/Focus Punch

Could work I suppose. Subpunching is lol in-game anyway.

@Fighting Master: Doesn't it? xD

@Ryan: Finally, someone who gives me advice for my whole team! =o Thanks. Seems as if I'll have to rework pretty much my whole team. XD

i dont know 2 A.K.A. quilava lover
8th March 2006, 12:57 AM
i would say catch like articuno or or a seel and evolve it and i think that should do it

Sc1z0r PwN0rZ
8th March 2006, 4:16 PM
subpunch is lol ingame, go with the physical set

Dragonite - Adamant
-Eathquake
-HP flying/Aerial Ace/Fly, you can go fly since the AI doesn't even switch
-Brick Break
-Return/Body Slam, BS for some para support

As for your 6th pogey, i would go rhydon for some badly needed defense

Rhydon - Impish
-Rock Slide
-Earthqake
-Megahorn
-Rest/Swords Dance/Substitute

Fine. *gives lurve* Dx

I haven't decided what I want my final poke to be yet. That's originally why I made this thread, to see who others thought would complete it. n.n

Thanks for the help, Scizor. x3 I'll dust off my barely-used Rhydon and see what nature it has...

Well you could always use blastoise as your physical wall which is cool I guess. You may want a special wall though ;x Something like Regice/Blissey/Snorlax would do nicely D:

Suggestion overload. *crash and burn* xD <3 I have all the suggested Pokes, actually. Blissey's one of my favorites, though, so I'll probably be using her.

Bliss makes a great heal beller too. Try breeding it with a roselia that knows aromatherapy. Stcik thunder wave on it, seismic toss, and softboiled.

And thar we have it. Ice Beam>thunder Wave is an option but trust me, you'll benefit from paralysing sweepers and whatnot, especially on this team.

Starfishy-chan
8th March 2006, 8:22 PM
Unfortunately, I don't have a Ruby/Sapphire. It's just working from Fire Red and Leaf Green for me. So no Roselia. D: But I do like your suggestions. :3

Try getting heal bell on it then ;o Even though Aromatherapy is a tiny bit better.

Starfishy-chan
8th March 2006, 8:43 PM
I'm pretty sure the only way you can breed Heal Bell onto Chansey is via Skitty. Dangit.

Miltank says hi.

.::Escalator::.
8th March 2006, 11:31 PM
Miltank says hi.

Miltank isn't in FR/LG.

And besides, Miltank has to have HB sketched from it before any breeding can be done.

Starfishy-chan
9th March 2006, 12:58 AM
Took the words from my mouth, Escalator. n.n Thanks for the suggestion though, Steve.

.::Escalator::.
9th March 2006, 1:08 AM
BUT!

You can either:

-Get RSE

OR

-Wait 'till DP (And PokéWiFi) come out, and trade someone for a HB/AT Blissey/Chansey.

Starfishy-chan
9th March 2006, 1:00 PM
Oh, darn. xD

Ahwell, I'll probably be getting a Ruby sooner or later, so I'll just have to wait. :3

blazemxx
13th March 2006, 9:14 PM
dont use same type moves. it is redundant and pointless. anyways, use better natures. for your last pokemon, use a heracross or blissey.

heracross@ Liechi Berry
Subsitute
FP/ reversal
M-Horn
EQ

Blissey@ Leftovers
Heal Bell
T-Wave
Counter/ Seismic Toss
Softboiled

depend on what u need for your team. blissey for a cleric, hera for a sub puncher or subreversal

magnemiteZ
14th March 2006, 12:14 PM
Rock Slide over EQ on Hera'.

Lavita
14th March 2006, 12:43 PM
^ Yeah, Rock Slide for tha shitty birds.
Or something Brick Break for STAB also.

magnemiteZ
14th March 2006, 12:51 PM
You get the stab on Reversal already.

Would be nice if your Blastoise had Ice Beam.

For the last spot, hmm, a grass-type maybe? Or if you want it could be a Ground-type.
