You have a good groundwork, but there are places for improvement.

First, Jolteon: drop Thunderbolt. There's no need for it and Shock Wave when you have Thunder. the same Pokémon. The Magnet can go too if you get a good nature.

Typhlosion: A better set, but still with uneeded repetition. Get rid of Fire Punch but keep Flamethrower. My preferred Typhlosion set is a bit generic but effective:

Milotic: One of my favorite R/S Pokémon, so I have a good moveset in mind for it. Keep Surf while dropping the other two Water moves. Keep Ice Beam as well.

Mightyena: I like Mightyena, but it doesn't get all that great of a movepool to draw from. Drop Bite, as it isn't needed when you have Crunch.

Zangoose: Now this one really needs redoing. Drop all four moves you have, and make it a straight physical sweeper.

Go with Tazzlers movesets.
Except try Endure over Substitute on Zangoose. Its sub wont last long cos of its pretty poor defences.

sub is better becuase it works the same as endure only if an attack misses or if it is a weak attack then you have sub support

Go for Tazzlers set though I doubt HP grass will be obtainable easily so go for Thunder Wave>Bite>agility. Or go for wish instead 8D
