At the beginning of each player's draw step, that player puts his or her hand on the bottom of his or her library in any order, then draws that many cards.

I see this card as useful in two decks: straight red burn decks and Underworld Dreams/Megrim based decks. The latter is obvious, but why burn? This card is designed to get a specific card out of your deck at the expense of what you have. You're getting a new hand every turn. If red needs a burn spell, it can toss out the puzzle box and cycle through its deck to find however many it needs (hopefully.) Not to mention this is a very fun casual card. Any nonblack deck that relies a lot on a couple specific cards can make use of this. Black has tutors for that purpose.

Megrim/Underworld based decks: 4.5/5
Straight red: 3/5
Others: 1.5/5
Casual: 4/5

Meh. This is not aome card you'll flippantly put in your deck. If you see this card, prepare for bad luck. >_< 2/5

All fear the Puzzle Box that forces redraws every turn I say.
It's nice for shuffling through to get a good card, but other than that I'm not sure it's much use for anything but screwing your opponent's combos.
