It's just a little image showing your rank based on the number of posts you've made. Post more and it'll change.

Wrong section, and you should really read the stickies (this (http://www.serebiiforums.com/showpost.php?p=2214135) one in particular).

It's basically an image that shows your user rank. A list of the user ranks can be found by clicking the link provide.
