Pickup

I am aware there is a Pickup guide on the main site. According to the site, certain items are Common, Uncommon, Rare, or Very Rare.

According to the chart that is given, when your Pokemon is from Level 91-100, it is unable to get many of the items that it could previously get. Some of these are :

-Kings Rock
-TM01
-White Herb

Does the chart mean that it can get everything it can on that level, or before, or just on that level? I am pretty sure the items I stated are read from the chart correctly, but here (http://serebii.net/emerald/pickup.shtml) is the link to it. If anyone can help me interprety the chart, that would be greatly appreciated.

well it's simple.
from level 1 to 10 it can pick-up what's behid it in that card. and at that rarety.
from level 11 to 20 what's behind that
ect.

this means that when you level up to level 100 it can't pick-up kingsrock anymore nor tm-01 or escape rope.
