I'm not even going to bother rating a deck with 75 cards in it. I suggest you read up on how to make a deck, because if you can't make a deck with the right amount of cards, then...I don't even wanna THINK about it.

Take out seven Energy cards and 20 Pokémon. That makes 48 cards. Now add in 12 Trainer cards so you have:

Pokémon x15
Trainers x29
Energy x16

Use that, make a deck, then come back with a deck that has 60 cards and 60 cards only. No more...no less.
