Charizard: I like it! Good mixed sweeper you have there. Aerial Ace might be a tad bit better than Wing Attack, but Wing Attack will do.

Magneton: If it knows Lock-On, it absolutely HAS to know Zap Cannon. Here are some suggested movesets:
-Lock-On, Zap Cannon, Tri Attack, Thunderbolt
-Thunderbolt, Tri Attack, Metal Sound, Protect
**I love Tri Attack, so I keep it on any Pokemon that learns it.

Rhydon: Why doesn't it have a Rock attack?!? What about Rock Slide? Also, Rhydon has poor Special Attack, so it's not a good idea to have it learn any Special attacks. Also, Stomp isn't the best Normal attack--try Strength instead. That way you get its field effect too! And I would put a Fighting Move and/or Counter on it as well.

Seaking: Good as is. I don't care how lame people think Horn Drill is--30% accuracy isn't really that bad, and the OHKO's worth it. I know this from experience--my Pinsir knows Guillotine (same effect), and I love it!!

Tangela: Leech Seed is an excellent move for Tangela, so you can replace Poisonpowder with it. It's never a good idea to have two attacks that cause visible status problems, because after you inflict one, you can't inflict the other. Also, Slam isn't very accurate and doesn't do much damage in return--if you do want a physical attack on it, I'd suggest Secret Power... You might also try out Hidden Power to see what type you get.

Haunter: Curse is an excellent move, especially if your opponent uses Ingrain or is the last Pokemon. My suggestion of other good moves on Haunter would be either Confuse Ray or Mean Look. It's true that you get to KO a Pokemon with Destiny Bond if Haunter gets KO'd, but Curse will eventually KO them anyway. With Confuse Ray you can lessen the foe's chance of attacking (and add on more damage if it hurts itself), and with Mean Look you can prevent Pokemon from escaping a Curse.

I like your type variation in the team--very varied indeed.

Are there any replacement pokemon for this team, that would make it better?
Also, provide a moveset.
