Ninjask - LOL @ Salac on this guy... Go for pretty much any other stat-upping berry if you want to BP the stat boost. Looks good otherwise.

Umbreon - I'd consider BP over Taunt so you can trap an enemy and pass to someone who resists them, letting you set up with Dragon Dance/Swords Dance, or even just get an easy KO.

Manectric - dunno how well Roar works on this guy since his defences aren't great and it seems like he might get OHKO'd when he tries to Roar, but I suppose if you play it well, it would work.

The others look good to me.

These are the ones I have a problem with:

Liechi is an option for Ninjask, but I suppose Salac's fine.

Scizor@Liechi Berry
Adamant Nature
- Agility
- Endure
- Reversal
- HP [Ghost] / Swords Dance / Steel Wing

Scizor just needs 128 Spd EVs on perfect speed IVs to reach 198 max speed without a +Spd nature, so go with Adamant for Scizor and max out attack EVs. Dump the rest in HP. HP [Ghost] hits things that Reversal won't. Steel Wing is an option if you don't want to rebreed, but Swords Dance >>> Steel Wing in that case.

I like Sub for T-Tar more. T-Wave is also an option if you want it.

Your Umbreon set looks a lot like Chaosbreon to me: Chaosbreon is more like this.

Umbreon@lefties (Chaosbreon)
Impish / Careful Nature
- Mean Look
- Taunt
- Baton Pass
- Wish / Moonlight

This thing works best with things that can Perish Song like Celebi or Jynx.

Cursebreon and Wishpassing Umbreon are also viable options as well.

Umbreon@lefties (Cursebreon)
Impish / Careful Nature
- Curse
- Taunt / Sub
- Moonlight
- Baton Pass

Taunt since you're using it in link battles, Sub blocks status and Leech Seed and could be Baton Passed as well. Best BPed to something holding White Herb.

Umbreon@lefties (Wishpasser)
Relaxed / Sassy Nature
- Wish
- Protect / Sub
- Baton Pass
- Toxic / Sub

This thing needs to be as slow as possible so it'll take the hit before passing the Wish to damaged pokemon. A great healer if used correctly. Toxic if you're desperate to do secondary damage, and Protect allows you to heal yourself with Wish or extend Toxic damage. EV spread for Umbreon is 252 HP / 180 Def / 76 Spec. Def.

Vaporeon@lefties
Bold Nature
- Surf
- Sub / Wish
- Acid Armor / Wish
- Baton Pass

Baton Passes Acid Armors, Subs and Wishes. A very good Baton Passer if used right: a somewhat decent counter to physical sweepers. If you want something that can stall, try this out:

Vaporeon@lefties
Bold Nature
- Surf
- Ice Beam / Toxic
- Protect / Sub
- Wish

Counters physical sweepers decently. Protect / Sub + Wish forms a makeshift Recover. Toxic is for any bulky waters you might come across. EV spread looks like this: 188 HP / 220 Def / 100 Spec. Def.

Manectric@Petaya Berry
Timid Nature
- T-Bolt
- Crunch
- Sub / Endure
- HP [Ice / Grass]

Great set, but I'd advice against using it in a team with T-Tar.

Marowak likes Double Edge more, but use it with Rock Head please.

Bit vulnerable to T-Bolt, with three pogeys weak to it. Heracross and Swampert might give you some problems. Something to absorb status would be great. The people in CRMT might be able to help you better, since this is partly for link battles.
