Shouldn't give pokemon two offensive moves of the same type. With steelix, slam is innacurate, so you could replace it with EQ for STAB. Also, steelix's Sp.att isn't that great, so you should replace it with something non-offensive. Maybe toxic, taunt, your choice.
(Against the rules to put "X/10")

Uh.... okay... lemme see...

Latios: (You're really lucky to get a Timid Latios)
-Psychic
-Dragon Claw
-Calm Mind
-Recover/Safeguard
...I think.

All I know is that with a -Attack Nature like Timid, you don't want to teach it physical Attacks like Hyper Beam and Fly. Luster Purge and Psychic are both Psychic attacks, so you only need one. Dragon Claw is for double STAB with Psychic. Calm Mind to charge up. If you're suffering, use Recover.

Metagross (Adamant Nature)
-EQ
-Meteor Mash
-Agility
-Explosion

A good set. Speed up, then hit teams hard. You could always go with the Choice Band set too. With a -Sp.Attack Nature here, you won't be accomplishing much with Psychic. Go Physical. You also only need one Steel Attack.

Kabutops:
-Endure
-Flail
-Rock Slide
-Swords Dance

Swords Dance, then Endure if you think the opponent is going to attack you hard, and then use Flail. It works even better if you have a Salac Berry. Kabutops's Sp.Attack is low, so Surf and Giga Drain aren't going to be doing much damage.

Thanks. I like to teach my Pokemon offensive moves (obvious, really). I don't think stat moves are wasting time, I just prefer to strike first and KO the opponent before it KOs me.
One question: would it be a good idea to teach my Zangoose Substitute so it can hide behind the Sub and power up a few times with Swords Dance then let rip with Return?
