I need help on 2 pokemon. Both are in emerald. (please don't suggest hidden power. I do NOT have the time to breed for that)

Breloom
4 HP/252 Attack/252 Speed
Naive (yeah, I know it isn't the best nature but its a shiny so don't suggest another one)

Spore
Focus Punch
Leech Seed
????

Jolteon
4 HP/252 Speed/252 Sp. Attack
Timid

Thunderbolt
Sub
Thunder Wave
????

Giga Drain or Mach Punch would be good here

W/o a hidden power sub would probably be the best option for jolteon.

Sky Uppercut and Baton Pass for the last slot on Breloom and Jolteon respectively.

Why Sky Uppercut on the last slot? I already have a fighting move.

Why Sky Uppercut on the last slot? I already have a fighting move.

Because in the situation that you don't have long enough to miss a turn you could try your luck with a sky uppercut. Though I'd go for Mach Punch over that because the first strike could be what you need. And I mean situations where you think the foe could wake up.

But then Ghost types screw him.

Some ghost types will screw him no matter what you do. You just need to find a good counter to them if that does happen. Unless you go for something like sludge bomb in which case gengar still beats it silly.

I might use Sludge Bomb. I could always Psychic gengar with gardevior.
