What is a good move set/ trait/nature for Eevee?

If you're planning to use Eevee without evolving, I'd suggest two possible paths.
This is good for straight up attacking and can score a neutral hit on everything not named Skarmory or Metagross. But what are the chances of seeing them in Emerald? Like... once.
-Shadow Ball/Substitute (Emerald)
This is good for building up your other Pokemon whom you don't want to waste slots on.
EDIT: Adamant nature for the first, Impish for the second.

HP Flying for fighting types, although you might not live long chances are. Endure+Flail for some good damage seeing its the best it can do.

how about for a hardy nature?

no way adamant helps its atk and lowers sp.atk which it isnt using anyway neutral natures are horrible

If you have a Hardy nature, it doesn't matter. Neutral stat changes.

in this case it does because its getting a better benefit from adamant then hardy

If he has a Hardy, unless he didn't save, there's nothing he can do about it other than breed.

Meaning he should breed. Neutral natures aren't good.

Thanks for the help i also want to know whats a good move set for an aipom with a cool nature or just another nature

Aipom has such a varied movepool, you can do just about anything with him. If you wanted, you could even make him a special attacker with Solarbeam, Fire Punch, Sunny Day and Thunderbolt.

Jolteon > Vaporeon > Espeon > Umbreon = Flareon ingame IMO.
You need Baton Pass.

vaporeon > umbreon > jolteon > espeon > flareon.......IMO.
Baton Pass is not necessary for flareon,as he doesn't have anything to pass on,that is,without breeding....................

Actually, Flareon is best suited ingame were speed doesn't matter. Flareon can cover the widest range of Pokemon with Fire Blast, Body Slam and Shadow Ball, and will do the most damage. Espeon only has Psychic, Jolteon Thunderbolt, Vaporeon Surf and Ice Beam. Umbreon has jack. Moves such as Taunt and Baton Pass really aren't useful outside the Battle Frontier.
