Well, I'm going to rate a few of the Pokemon...

Swampert:
-Ice Beam
-EQ
-Curse/Surf
-Rest

Since it's already at lv.100, I'm betting you don't want to rebreed for Curse. The problem with your MS is, well, you overlapped attacks. Water Pulse and Muddy Water are both Water attacks that damage the opponent. You don't need 2 Water attacks. If you want, you could go with Surf, since Surf is accurate AND powerful.

Blaziken:
-Sky Uppercut
-Flamethrower/Fire Blast
-Rock Slide
-Swords Dance

You taught little Blaziken 3 Fire attacks that damage. :( They all are effective against the same things, so you only need ONE Fire attack. Rock Slide is for another physical attack, and Swords Dance is to charge up.

Metagross:
-EQ
-Meteor Mash
-Explosion
-Agility

Agiligross. Metagross's Sp.Attack isn't as good as its Attack, so try to only go for physical moves here. Hyper Beam doesn't allow you to switch out, so never use it, since you'll miss a turn.

Suicune:
-Calm Mind
-Rest
-Ice Beam
-Surf

Gust? You can charge up Suicune with Calm Mind, then rip through teams. Rest if Suicune is in trouble.

EDIT: Beaten twice. :<

In the order from above:

change B-kick for flamethrower

muddy water for surf, rockslide is an option over rest on an all offensive set for swampert

sub over crunch for leech seed;helps the sub stay up

metagross with agaility needs explosion

surf/hydro pump over water pulse, rest over gust, gust just sucks

t-bolt over shock wave, return over light screen is an option
