Whoa. This. Is. A. Hell. Of. A. Lot. Of. Pokemon.

And what uberness said. But don't worry about it too much, son.

Rayquaza @ Leftovers
Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Fly / Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide / Extremespeed

That's the set you'd use with Adamant Rayquaza, which actually is better.

Metagross @ Leftovers / Choice Band
Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Agility / Shadow Ball / Sludge Bomb / Rock Slide
- Explosion

If not using Agility, you're gonna want the Choice Band here.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Bold (+Def, -Atk)
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Calm Mind
- Rest

This is the only thing that can really work InGame for Suicune.

Groudon @ Leftovers
Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Flamethrower
- Swords Dance / Bulk Up
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake

Self-explanatory, really.

Mewtwo @ Leftovers
Modest (+SAtk, -Atk) / Timid (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt / Flamethrower / Safeguard
- Recover

You probably know what to do here.

Lapras @ Leftovers
Modest (+SAtk, -Atk) / Calm (+SDef, -Atk) / Bold (+Def, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Confuse Ray / Sing

Ok set you had, but Confuse Ray isn't that great a move.

Heracross @ Salac Berry
Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Endure
- Reversal
- Megahorn / Rock Slide
- Swords Dance

Endrevving Heracross. You can still get Rock Slide in Emerald, if you have that.

Charizard @ Leftovers
Lonely (+Atk, -Def) / Naughty (+Atk, -SDef) / Hasty (+Spd, -Def) / Naive (+Spd, -SDef)
- Fire Blast
- Belly Drum / Swords Dance / Dragon Dance
- Aerial Ace / Fly
- Earthquake

Ok, that set you had would be beaten by a Flareon, of all things. I'm sure you know that was a bad set.

Scizor @ Leftovers
Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Agility
- Silver Wind
- Steel Wing

I've found that this works really well InGame rather than Baton Passing, which is kinda irrelevant outside of Battle (Frontier / Tower).

Machamp @ Leftovers
Impish (+Def, -SAtk) / Careful (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Cross Chop
- Rock Slide

Sleep Talking Machamp.

There you go. I'm too tired now to look into weaknesses, but someone will get that for me, I'm sure.

^Don’t ever use Fly or other two turn moves. You be doing more damage with other moves in the long run.
