rate my emerald team:

heres my team and there attacks:

Rayquaza lv 95-fly, thunderbolt, extremespeed, outrage

Kyogre lv 77-hydro pump, water spout, sheer cold, surf

Venusaur lv 78-razor leaf, solarbeam, body slam, hyperbeam

Shiny Charizard lv 79-wing attack, flamthrower, overheat, dragonclaw

shiny Mew lv 80-psychic, transform, mega punch, metronome

Raichu lv 81- thunder thunderbolt, iron tail, volt tackle

It sucks.

Never use more than one of the same type of attack on one Pokemon. It's okay to use two in any combination of Surf/Waterfall/Dive, but no more than two. Or you could just have a HM slave to do stuff like that for you.

Rayquaza - Use Dragon Claw over Outrage. It's heaps better.
Kyogre - Like I said. No more than one (or two if they're HMs) of the same type of move.
Venusaur - Same thing.
Shiny Charizard - Same thing here, too.
Shiny Mew - Don't use cheats to get shinies.
Raichu - Same as Kyogre, Venusaur and Charizard.

Go get yourself better movesets.

i didnt cheat to get the shiny mew i got it from a friend.

I agree with Jimmy P. except for the cheat thing: Changes in Bold!

You got some great pokemon in your team but you should learn them some better moves,just like you kyogre he only knows ice/water moves get some more variety
