Those sets look fine. A couple alternate ideas:

Sceptile - Substitute + Leech Seed over the last two moves

Milotic - Rest + Sleep Talk over the last two moves.

I think you need a good Physical sweeper since right now you only have Metagross. Some options I'd consider: Salamence, Slaking, Dragonite, Heracross, Snorlax, etc. I'd probably go for a Flying type though since right now a good Heracross could put a big dent in this team.

What would be a good flying type?

I think that I will go with Adamant Salamence with Aerial Ace.

Yeah, just what I came up with.

What exactly does the move Beat Up do by the way?

Metagross should have Rock Slide>Sludge Bomb, with CB attached, OR Agility>Sludge Bomb.

Overall, Good team!

Yeah, just what I came up with.

What exactly does the move Beat Up do by the way?

it's a 10 power base attack for each healthy (non-statused/non-fainted) pokemon on your team, using their base attack instead of their attack stat, and compared against the opponent's base defense. that's why it's so good against blissey, since pretty much everything has an attack stat that'll seriously dent something with 10 defense.

EDITED to add what Somebody said. i edited after he started the reply, though, so he didn't see it. :P

EDIT:Looks like WW42 got that.

Okay, thanks for telling me that. If I only would have known about this before...then I would have ripped all of those stupid Blisseys to shreads.

Never put Rest AND Explosion on the same set. It’s life or death, not both.

Steelix should be:

Steelix @Leftovers
Impish Nature
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide
-Rest
-Toxic/Roar

But he already has a Metagross anyways.

Okay, thanks for the comments everyone...didn't know if my first team would turn out so well :)...But I guess for playing Pokemon forever I would have to know somethin about it.

yea a physical sweeping Salamence would be a great addition, that what i was orignially going to suggest, but I see many others agree with me. AA would take care of the heracross problem, but seeing how you never really fight any in-game, go with AA because of the STAB instead.

Half-Blood Pokemon
19th September 2006, 2:59 AM
What is STAB? I'm pretty new to some of the moveset terms :)

Somebody
19th September 2006, 3:03 AM
STAB=Same Type Attack Bonus
Basically, when you use an attack with a pokemon that has the same type as the attack it's using, the attacks power is multiplied by 1.5.

Half-Blood Pokemon
19th September 2006, 3:15 AM
Okay, thanks...I knew about the same type attack bonus, I can't believe that I couldn't figure out what that meant.
