Overall, mewtwo is the coolest and most powerful to me but out of the second generration I like Silver Lugia, Gold Ho-oh, and Crystal Suicune. Raikou and Entei are all right but the GS Suicune sucks and the other Ho-ohs and Lugias I don't like.
