The shadings good, but the outline needs some work done on it. Overall it's a good revamp. Maybe you can put the non revamped sprite next to it to show the improvement;151;

It's a bit deformed, and the inside of the mouth could use some shading.

It looks a weird shape, other than that and what Orange said its ok. Work on the shading in the mouth.
