So I eventually wanna upload my shiny pokemon from emerald up to the new games and was wanting to ev train them before uploading them as well as setting some of their movesets.

Hopip (eventually will be evolved to a jumpluff) ***Has Hidden Power [Water]
Careful (+Sp Def, -Sp Atk)
Chlorophyll
-Aerial Ace
-Somersault
-Swords dance/Rest
-Sleep Powder/Cotton Spore/Sleep talk

Vileplume ***Has Hidden Power[Fighting]
Quiet (+SP Atk, -Speed)
Chlorophyll
-Sunny Day/Aromatherapy
-SolarBeam/Energy Ball
-Sludge Bomb
-Moonlight

I don't really wanna sunny-beam on hopip because it has a -spatk nature and I'm concerned about sunny beaming on vileplume with a -speed nature.
Any ev spreeds anyone could suggest to work with these natures?

Jumpluff @ Leftovers
- Sleep Powder
- Leech Seed
- Substitute / Encore
- Aerial Ace / Encore
Note : Encore is an egg-move , so if your Jumpluff doesn't have it , go with the other option provided.

Vileplume @ Leftovers
- Sludge Bomb
- Energy Ball
- Sleep Powder
- Aromatherapy / Moonlight

They are both caught in the wild shinies so any egg moves are definately impossible. Any suggestions on EV spreads? I already trained Vileplume (before the new attack system was known) so i plan on berry-reducing some of the ev's but i'm just not sure where.
Vileplume currently has
spdef 232 evs
def 252 evs
atk 26 evs **definately gonna have to redo that one**

hoppip currently has no ev's
