Wel, here I am for the 3rd time around, working on my balanced team for my soon-to-be Diamond.

Dotaitos@Leftovers
Adamant/Impish
-EQ
-Wood Hammer
-Leech Seed/Stone Edge
-Curse

Rentoraa@Leftovers
Adamant
-Spark
-Ice Fang
-Return
-Howl

Floatsel@Chioce band
Adamant
-Aqua Jet
-Ice Fang
-Crunch
-Return

Fuwaraido@Hooked Spikes
Timid
-Calm Mind
-Eerie Wind
-Baton Pass
-Sub/WoW

Not changing. Unless you are THAT convincing.

PorygonZ@Wisdom Glasses
Modest
-Scheme
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Psychic

Lucario@Wisdom Glasses/Leftovers
Modest
-Calm Mind
-Pulse Bomb
-Luster Cannon
-Dragon Pulse

So, I just wantto lay down some things, like what kind of battlers these are:

(Physical)Tank
Physical Sweeper
(Physical)Chioce Bander
(Special)Baton Passer
BoltBeamer
Special Sweeper

I find it rounded in that case, maybe toom uch on the phys. side though.

Oh, and on Rentoraa, Spark is superior to Thunder Fang: 65/100/20 > 65/95/15. And when it comes to breeding for him, I see I have two egg moves on him, so does anyone have any advice on how I can get those both on?

^WTF? Giga Attack? That just ruined your rate. =[

For special Lucario, go with:

Lucario @Leftovers
Modest Nature
-Pulse Bomb
-Dark Pulse
-Calm Mind
-Substitute/Psychic

Why Dark Pulse? I know you know Ghost+Fighting offers coverage to everything, but what's the point in Dark Pulse?

aragornbird

Dark Pulse is Dark, not Ghost. It's needed to hit Ghosts who are the only Pokemon to resist Fighting. Luster Cannon is useless, the only types its supereffective against are Rock and Ice. And guess what? Fighting is too!

I know Dark Pulse is Dark. What I was saying was you suggested a Fighting+Dark coverage. I was asking why you suggested that instead of Fighting + Ghost, which offers coverage to everything. I also know Luster Cannon is useless.

You make a good point, aragornbird, I may use that set. But with the second Psychic, should I peplce Porygon's or have both with Psychic? Also, I need some tips on the breeding with Rentoraa if anyone knows.

Because Fighting + Dark offers coverage to everything too, but at least nothing is immune to Dark. Plus that chance of Flinching can be very handy. Personal preferance really.

Fighting/Dark is resisted by Heracross and that new frog pokemon family.

But I see what you are saying, it covers enough. I personally prefer Fighting + Ghost, but hey, it's a matter of personal preference like you said.

Nothing learns both attacks (Ice Fang and Howl) together. What you can do is breed a Poocheyena or Electrike with Ice Fang as their egg move then breed the male of that union knowing Ice Fang and Howl with your female Rentoraa.

Personally I prefer Spark...more paralyze chance, more PP, and more accurate (lower BP though).

I gotta say somethin' about the Lucario. Calm Mind is a waste of time. Lucario's special attack is so high already that it doesn't need the boost. Try replacing it with Dark Pulse or something.

Wrong, Lucario's Sp. Attack is only 115. That's great, but not stellar like Alakazam, PorygonZ, or Jibacoil. It needs a boost in Sp. Attack if it wants to do any sort of heavy damage against a wide variety of opponents, especially against bulky Pokemon will high special defense that aren't weak against any of Lucario's attacks (i.e. Suicune, Milotic, etc)

I agree with aragornbird. It would help if it had the boost.
And not to be rude but...
