aragornbird, why Earthquake on Machamp? It's almost completely redundant with his Fighting-type moves, and doesn't receive STAB. I'd use Bulk Up. Or perhaps:

Machamp @ Leftovers
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -Satk)
Trait: Guts
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Cross Chop
- Rock Slide

No Sleep Talk tutor in FR/LG or else I would've suggested that set.

I was thinking CB originally, but you can't get that in FR/LG either.

And Espeon for that matter. Remember that FR / LG has no time, so Eevee can't evolve into Espeon / Umbreon?

Arcanine can go with Crunch btw.

Thx yes it is Fr/Lg i traded form coluseum foro espeon and saphire for milotic tx for the good move sets

For Arcanine try Overheat over Fire Blast.

Overheat reduces Sp.Attack by 2 points when used,which is why people aim for Fire Blast more.

Overheat is still preferred on Arcanine since it's a physical attacker, not to mention that Overheat is more reliable in its accuracy and still stronger than Flamethrower after 2 turns.
