Edit by Willowwhisp: Closed, Dupe thread.

Any help/recommendations would be very much appreciated, Im pretty sure I cover all the stops but the one thing I need help on is they thing I have the least experience with, EV's. I understand them but not sure which EV set ups work best with these builds. Also I know this will probably sound dumb but you can only get EVs by battling in the wild or against trainers correct? You can't link up and fight another cart with the EV's you want can you? lol Just curious.

EVs can only be gained from wild Pokemon battles and Trainer battles (basically wherever you get EXP).

You can use the secret base thingy to get EVs of your choice to an extent, but training in the wild is the best way.

Dive Ludicolo is nice in-game as the opponents dont swicth, so you could replace Surf with Dive and Ice beam with Rain Dance or Giga drain for extra health.

I can see that people will have issues with your Tyranitar. A DD-tar should really have Rock Slide and Taunt is nice on T-tar. Also, some may make sure you use T-bolt, but I would, like you, use Flamethrower. Sub-punching T-tar is quite good too. I reccommend it.

Latios. He needs to hold a Soul Dew and be an all out sweeper or have Calm Mind, and have lefties. One thing for certain. You Latios should NOT be Adamant. Thats next to the last nature you want for Latios. Get rid of Shadow Ball (Dragon Claw, Ice beam or Flamethrower instead) and make it Modest (thats with out CM) or Bold (thats with CM).

So
Latios
Modest
@Soul Dew
Psychic
Dragon Claw
T-bolt
Ice beam
Flamethrower

Choose 4 out of the 5. Ice beam and T-bolt go well together. Flamethrower and Dragon Claw go well together. All 5 of the moves are TMs too.

OR

Latios
Bold
@lefties
Calm mind
Recover/Psychic/Dragon Claw/T-bolt/Ice beam/Flamethrower
Recover/Psychic/Dragon Claw/T-bolt/Ice beam/Flamethrower
Recover/Psychic/Dragon Claw/T-bolt/Ice beam/Flamethrower

And something else. Ludicolo and T-tar dont really go well together on a team...
