Out of those three, I think Ludicolo is the best. If you have Rain Dish ability, the you should try inserting Rain Dance in its moveset. Otherwise, Sceptile is a much better grass Pokémon since it learn a wide variety of special attacks. If you don't have access to anything outside Emerald and you haven't chosen Treecko, then maybe you should go for another Pokčmon with a grass attack. Maybe Gardevoir with Magical Leaf?

Sceptile will work wonders. Best Grass-type IMO, as it can Subseed and its Sp.Atk is very juicy* with Leaf Blade.

I would go with something that has no ice-weakness, since Swampert is pretty good in defences AND may be holding Focus Band... Grass with water maybe? I would say Ludicolo.

i'm guessing that this is for the team in your TC. if so, what poke are you taking out so we know what it should cover.

For vileplume that last attack may be Aromatherapy/Sleep podwer and may sludge bomb

Ludicolo out of the one's you suggested. It's a better staller though.

Ludicolo @Leftovers/Lum Berry
Modest
Trait: Swift Swim
-Rain Dance
-Ice Beam
-Leech Seed/Giga Drain
-Surf

Lum Berry because if you get paralyzed, you're screwed.

Ludicolo @Leftovers
Calm
-Leech Seed
-Surf
-Toxic
-Protect/Synthesis

Ability doesn't matter, since using Rain Dance for Rain Dish is a waste.

I'd use the stall set on Ludicolo.Bold is best on Ludicolo though.

Uh, no. Ludicolo is not Blissey. It doesn't have a ton of HP and its Special defense isn't impressive. It also has NO special resistances except Water, so Calm is the best pick.

If you are going to have Spore, you should use Focus Punch.

Uh, no. Ludicolo is not Blissey. It doesn't have a ton of HP and its Special defense isn't impressive. It also has NO special resistances except Water, so Calm is the best pick.2 of Ludicolo's weaknesses are physical and so it would help out a bit.

3 of it's weaknesses are Physical.

Bug. Poison. Flying.

Use Calm.

Mach punch over giga drain. Breloom is not exactly a speed demon, and its defenses are not that great either, so mach punch is good for a quick KO. Besides, if you look at its special attack, you will see that it is very low, almost like using bite on umbreon.

I would go with something that has no ice-weakness, since Swampert is pretty good in defences AND may be holding Focus Band... Grass with water maybe? I would say Ludicolo. Swampert is 4x weak to grass, plus STAB= 6x. It doesn't really matter if it has Ice Beam if it's dead. Sceptile easily has the special attack to OHKO swampert with leaf blade. I don't recall if swampert carries the focus band, but normally it shouldn't be a problem.
