Yeah, get a better team...You want some of the reliable BF Pokemon like.Metagross,Starmie,Swampert,Lati@s,Salamence,a nd stuff like that.

With the possible exception of Scizor, or Espeon, none of these pokemon are capable of taking hits. You need something solid on your team to wall both attacks and status. Regice, Snorlax, most bulky waters and Weezing work really well.

Blaziken@Lum Berry
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Sky Uppercut
- Rock Slide
- Overheat / Fire Blast

OR

Blaziken@Salac Berry
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Endure
- Reversal
- Overheat

Espeon's got the stats to sweep, but lack of a viable movepool really hurts it.

Espeon@Lum Berry / Shell Bell
Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Bite
- Morning Sun

Scizor could go with a Reversaling set if you want it.

Scizor@Liechi Berry
Adamant Nature
- Agility
- Endure
- Reversal
- Steel Wing / Swords Dance

2 reversalers wouldn't work...You wouldn't last too long in the tower with Pokemon like that. You should try the Pokemon I suggested.

Blaziken @ Shell Bell/Leftovers
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
Trait: Blaze
- Swords Dance
- Sky Uppercut
- Flamethrower/Overheat
- Rock Slide

Starmie @ Shell Bell/Leftovers
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
Trait: Natural Cure
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Recover/Psychic

Scizor @ Lum Berry
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -Satk)
Trait: Swarm
- Swords Dance
- Silver Wind
- Agility
- Baton Pass

Espeon won't be of much use. You don't need two BP'ers, and Psychic isn't really a good attack type in the first place, especially if it's your only means of attacking. And since when does Espeon learn Agility? At any rate, Starmie works a lot better, though I suppose you could also use Gardevoir:

Gardevoir @ Leftovers
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) or Modest Nature (+Satk, -Atk)
Trait: Synchronize
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Hypnosis/Will-O-Wisp

That's why I told him to switch pokemon.

EDIT: okay. Guess I'll come up with some common movesets for the pokemon I mentioned.

Regice@lefties
Bold Nature
- Ice Beam
- T-Bolt
- Rest
- T-Wave / Sleep Talk

Snorlax@lefties
Careful Nature
- Curse
- Return
- Earthquake
- Rest

OR

Snorlax@lefties
Careful Nature
- Double Edge
- Earthquake
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Swampert@lefties
Relaxed Nature
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Earthquake

Vaporeon@lefties
Bold Nature
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Wish
- Substitute / Protect / Toxic

Suicune@lefties
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Rest

Milotic@lefties
Bold Nature
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- hypnosis / Toxic
- Recover

OR

Milotic@lefties
Bold Nature
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Personally I like the ReSTalking set better.

Weezing@lefties
Relaxed Nature
- Sludge Bomb
- Fire Blast
- Rest / Pain Split
- Will-o-Wisp

Obviously, use something else if you're using Gardevoir. Don't want two of the same status effects eh?

Regirock is a good option as well.

Regirock@lefties
Careful Nature
- Curse
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Explosion / Rest
