dunno how to describe it...thats an awesome team...that must have taken ages to make...does that team actually work?

Why no normal attacks?
For the team itself, it isn't really that great. STAB return/extremespeed are the only attacks that will really do anything on smeargle, and 152 attack isn't really going to do anything to anyone. Ratatta and Pidgey normally have a higher attack than that >_<, and do you see anyone going around using them? Heck, even Caterpie has a higher attack... But that team would be good as a fun team... Smeargle likes stat condition moves like spore.

Um... you're not really thinking much, are you... Smeargle's stats are LOW it's not a good Pokemon...
Just because you have great moves on your smeargle doesn't mean you can kill anything that gets in your way... but still creative... :)
This would be a fun team to experiment with though...
Have some stat increasing moves on your Smergles so that they can kill easier...
I can't really rate this team though.. it's out of the ordinary...

EDIT:
Smeargle's Base Stats:
HP:55
ATK:20
DEF:35
SPATK:20
SPDEF:45
SPEED:75

Uh... The real only useful Smeargle sets are these...

-Spore
-Mean Look/Spider Web
-Lock-On/Mind Reader
-Sheer Cold

-Spore
-Endure
-Endeavor
-Extremespeed/Dragon Rage

-Baton Pass
-Agility
-Swords Dance
-Substitute/Spore

-Spore
-Leech Seed
-Substitute
-Super Fang

Or Maybe even...

-Spore
-Super Fang
-Seismic Toss
-Night Shade

^ Not prefered.

Smeargle's Attack power is too low to have attacking moves that aren't set damage.

most people use smeargle as a baton passer considering he cant really do anything amazing on his own. That team might be fun to use though O.o

Uh, ***Latios***, those stats suck. All Smeargle's stats suck. And a base 20 attack and special attack isn't going to be doing much damage. Please actually help the team.
The only true thing you posted is the bad looks and the one type kills you. It is a bad team that gets quickly killed by ANY Fighting move, pretty much a OHKO every time.

A different BP'er.

Smeargle@Statup berry (Prefferably Salac.)
Jolly/Timid nature
Trait: whatever it is.
- Spore
- Endure (To activate berry)
- Swords Dance
- Baton Pass

=o Don't know if it could work. It possibly could.
Spore the opponent, then keep using Swords Dance, when they wake up, you can use Spore if you haven't maximized attack, or you can use Endure, activate the berry, then Baton Pass to something.

But, again, I don't know if it will work.

edit: Beaten twice -_-;
And UltimateSerebiiGuy2, please use this format for later on.

Pokemon@Item
Nature
Trait (Ability)
EV's if you EV train
-move
-move
-move
-move

Or something similar to that.

Ugh, god, looking at the team for the first time was like looking at a walrus' behind. If you really must use Smeargle I guess you could try this.

Smeargle@Salac Berry
Jolly Nature
- Spore
- Belly Drum
- Extremespeed
- Explosion

Bellydrumed Explosion with STAB OHKOs Skarmory btw.

Prepare to Faint...

There is no way anyone in their right mind would use this team.

Ever heard of common-sense?

Other than that GREAT TEAM!!
