Some general guidelines. Never use HMs and also don't have more than one attack of the same type.
Some of your Pokémons don't have a good nature, for example your Raichu. Raichu with Adamant nature will be poor with electric attacks like thunderbolt. Are you prepared to breed them and get a proper nature? Are you also willing to go for egg moves? This way you could teach Blastoise Mirror Coat, and other options will be open. To me it seems, that you want better movesets or those listed above, and you are not prepared to replace them with a better one. Just wanted to know before I suggest the movesets.

Well, I never considered breeding the Pokemon. I was looking for new movesets but I will breed the Pokemon if I must.

In some cases you don't need to breed, but just catch a better version of the same species. I will try to make a moveset that will have the least breeding and re-catching.
Blastoise LV66
Quirky
Attacks:
Surf
Ice Beam
Earthquake
Rest/Body Slam/Mirror Coat
In this set, if you choose Mirror Coat, then you will have to breed.

Pidgeot LV50
Adamant/Jolly
Wing Attack/Aerial Ace
Steel Wing
Return
Feather Dance/Mirror Move
Here it would be wise to catch another Pidgey since Rash nature has no benefit for it. Adamant to increase attack stat or Jolly to increase Speed would be good ideas.

Raichu LV55
Hasty/Naive
Substitute/Thunder Wave
Focus Punch/Brick Breakl
Thunderbolt
Encore/Surf?

Kadabra LV64
Modest
Psychic
Thunderpunch
Fire Punch
Ice Punch
Its best to re-catch another Abra with a Modest Nature. If you want you can replace one of the punches with Calm Mind. Recover is an option, but Alakazam hasn't got good defense and HP to support that move.

Butterfree LV43 (In training)
Relaxed
Toxic
Supersonic
Psychic
Silver Wind
I have never tried Buterfree, so I am not sure how successful the above set will be. Best to wait for others to suggest some better movesets.
I skipped Flygon, couldn't come up with a good moveset.
