Don't post you're Pokemon's stats. It's useless information since we all know what the stats of every Pokemon looks like.
Don't type moves horizontally. It's very hard to read that way. Type vertically in the format shown below.

Venusaur
Careful Nature
- Sleep Powder
- Leech Seed
- Sludge bomb
- Synthesis/Razor Leaf

Never ever use Frenzy Plant or any of the other Hyper Beam attacks.

Pidgeot
Adamant Nature
-Aerial Ace
-Steel Wing
-Return
-Quick Attack

Hypno
Bold Nature
-Psychic
-Thunder Wave/Fire Punch
-Reflect
-Calm Mind

Snorlax @Leftovers
Careful Nature
-Body Slam/Return
-Rest
-Earthquake
-Curse

Rhydon
Adamant Nature
Trait: Rock Head
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide
-Double-Edge
-Swords Dance

I cant get a new nature, unless I breed. I dont do that too much.

Frenzy PLant is just for my instant killers.

You don't need to breed, but it helps if you want stronger Pokemon.
Just don't use Frenzy Plant EVER. Venusaur is not an offensive Pokemon. It's not mean to kill opponents in one hit, it's meant to put opponents to Sleep, Leech Seed them to restore health, and basically cripple the opposing team. If you want an offensive Grass type, use Exeggutor. But don't turn Venusaur into a sweeper.

It just helps just in case. I dont want a Pokemon that is mainly used for "crippling" I also need some sort of strength. Hence, Frenzy plant.

No it doesn't help. Like I said, if you want a powerful Grass type to take out opponents in one hit, use Exeggutor. Venusaur just can't pull off major offense. Crippling the opponent is what it does best.
