Perhaps Sky Pillar.

Sky Pillar and E4 is where I usually do most of my training in Ruby. It's tedious, because the pokemon you fight don't get any stronger, so you don't really have much experience to get...

Sky Pillar is probaly the best place, but also re-matches with gym leaders are the best to lol. You also get sick exp. points from the elite four.

He's training in Ruby. You can't re-battle gym leaders in Ruby.

I usually take on the E4.

If you have this option, trade your pokemon that you are training to a firered or leafgreen game and battle the elite 4 there. Trust me, when it gets to training in the 90s up to 100, it takes 2 or more trips in R/S/E to level up once, while in FR/LG, it's possible to get 2 levels for one pokemon in one trip in the 90s. O_o

That's depends on with level you are on. I prefer route 118 when all trainers have the highest level on they pokes. E4 is good to.

E4 they give you on average about 1200 exp a pokemon and there is 26 of them
