Your team needs much work. I suggest starting over on your team, breed the non-legendary pokemon and start from there.

Charizard, Lati@s, Rayquaza, Probably Aerodactyl, and can hold it's own against the rest.

I could be wrong, though.

EDIT: Then again, this IS in-game, and I rarely see Starmies in Em.
