Right, I already have Groudon, Kyogre (From my friends Emerald), and Rayquaza down, and now I need a good moveset for the Regi's.

Currently my Regi's know the moves you catch them at.

And if you want to know what my Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza know, its this:

Groudon:
Earthquake
Ancient Power
Solar Beam
Eruption

Kyogre:
Water Spout
Thunder
Ice Beam
Calm Mind

Rayquaza:
Dragon Claw
Ice Beam
Surf
Flamethrower

The Regis aren't uber.

Pretty sure the best one, Regice, is only a standard... or less.

Regirock @ Leftovers/Choice Band

Use Superpower with Choice Band, Curse with Leftovers

Regice@Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave
- Rest

Registeel@Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body (lol)
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

Regice@Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave Rest Talk
- Rest

Just another option - although Thunder Wave probably works on an uber team (I haven't faced any uber teams, just Frontier...)

I just post what works best for most.

Exactly how do I get them to know Earthquake? And Rock Slide? And Thunder Wave?

Earthquake is a TM.
Rock Slide and Thunder Wave you get from the Battle Frontier move tutor.

Lol Rest Talk. Try Sleep Talk. But that set works magnificently (I have one: he saved me against the Dome Ace. Mence's dragon claw did almost nothing)

Make Regirock one of those "Annoyers" I read on Serebii.net.

Regirock@Leftovers (for extra annoyance)
-Protect (if it can learn it)
-Earthquake
-Double Team
-Iron Defence

HA! They won't be able to hit you like that! Oh, and use like 10 PP Ups on Earthquake to be able to use it 20 times! XD

1) Can't do a thing against Pokemon with Levitate/Pokemon that are part Flying. Rock Slide>Earthquake. Rock Slide is even more powerful than Earthquake with STAB.

2) Annoyers in general fail, and Regirock is no exception.

3) Too slow to pull it off correctly.

Regirock@Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body (Even though it isn't clear)
Nature: Impish/Careful
- Rock Slide
- Rest
- Toxic
- Curse

For an annoyer if you really wanted one.

My Regis basically suck! I got them from my friend, but he clones Rare Candies and trained almost all his Pokemon with Rare Candies, so they are all weak.. except the level 73 Celebi that I got before he finished "training" it.

Anyway, make him a "sweeper"

Regirock@Leftovers

-Rockslide
-Earthquake
-Lock on
-Zap Cannon

or replace the last two with:

-Toxic
-Thunderbolt (cause it pwns =P)

HA! They won't be able to hit you like that! Oh, and use like 10 PP Ups on Earthquake to be able to use it 20 times! XD

You can only use so many PP ups. On moves like Hydro Pump, you can only use three. It would be absurd if somone went around with 100 PP for Earthquake.

The Mighty Wurmple

Earthquake's Max PP is 16.

ChariMence
21st April 2007, 5:13 AM
Oh, OK, then use 6 PP Ups on Earthquake. O.o

Or you could just PP max and save your time.

PS: ChariMence, I PM'ed you concerning a trade (plz don't yell @ me for spam).

The Mighty Wurmple

If it's in the Battle Frontier, you shouldn't need to use Earthquake 16 times in one battle.

Edit: Beaten again -_-;

PS: ChariMence, I PM'ed you concerning a trade (plz don't yell @ me for spam).

yeah I just replied to that PM.

Edit: You can't get many PP Maxes, but the again you can clone them... if you hav Emerald and aren't against cloning.

Edit2: Yay! My post is now a sig! =D

Regirock@Leftovers

-Rockslide
-Earthquake
-Lock on
-Zap Cannon

I don't even want to comment on this. But in this thread, only TMW has managed to give proper rates and advice. The first rate was good enough. Then some other people had to come in and spam up the whole thread.

ChariMence, no offense, but please don't post if you can't rate properly.

Edit: Beaten again -_-;

PP Max is useful in the Battle Pyramid - perhaps it's one of the unfair advantages given to the player on the pressure levels.

Whatever it is.

(I retract my rate. Thunderwave is better on an uber team. All hail, the Wurmple.)

Sorry, but I don't have Emerald, and theres only 1 Earthquake TM.

Use it on Regirock then.
