Here is my team for Emerald...rate and suggestions please? I am currently training up to beat the psychic gym leaders.

Flygon lv 45 - Bashful nature - Black Glasses
Crunch
Sand Tomb (Will replace with Earthquake when I find it..)

Skarmory lvl 34- Hasty nature

thebestmew, that wasn't a good rate. There are better options for some Pokémons, e.g Skarmory can have Drill Peck/Steel Wing/Aerial Ace instead of simply Air Cutter. Blaziken should only have Earthquake when its a Choice Bander. Why give Lombre Swords Dance when it doesn't have any other physical moves? Also avoid suggesting Hidden Power in-game.

Anyway CombusFlygon, since this is a team focused for the storyline, there isn't much to rate, since the best moves are mostly received after defeating the Elite 4. The team is strong and good for the E4. Make sure you train them to good levels (e.g Blaziken to Lv. 59 so it may learn Sky Uppercut - useful against Sidney, Glacia). You can also give Ice Beam to Ludicolo, to avoid training a Spheal. Buy lots of healing items and you should be fine.
