i really want to give my bulbasaur good ev's, so what ev's should i give him. also. if i level
him up do i get it, or do i get it get just by battling, and defeating it. Edit:Never Mind,i just
got to smogon and it told me the ev's. also, this should've been in competive. since, i was
planning to have a battle with my friend soon.i told him the names of this site, and smogon.
so he'l probabally, be a lot harder to beat now.
