^It's ok for him to post six pokemon for battle frontier. He can use any three at a time, so giving six poke's is a good way of giving variety.
Please list your pokemon in the correct format:

You will have to breed them for better natures. Training them to level 100 is easy especially in Emerald. Items such as Mystic Water give such a minor boost, that its not really worth using.
Blastoise @ Leftovers
Nature- Bold
Surf
Toxic
Ice Beam
Rest
Blastoise is a bulky water, not a sweeper. You don't need Hydro Pump and Water Pulse, since they are both water attacks, hence do similar things.
Blaziken @ Shell Bell
Nature- Adamant
Rock Slide
Flamethrower/Fire Blast
Sky Uppercut
Swords Dance
Straight forward sweeper. You can use Fire Blast, since you only need to fight three foes.
Megainium @ Leftovers
Nature- Bold
Razor Leaf
Leech Seed
Synthesis/Body Slam
Substitute
Meganium is similar to Blastoise. Its defensive, and best used that way.
Flygon @ Choice Band
Nature- Adamant
Rock Slide
Earthquake
Quick Attack
Fire Blast
Hopefully you cloned your Earthquake TM. If not, you can also clone Rare Candies and level Zigzagoon/Linoone to level 90. Then through Pick Up, it may obtain another TM Earthquake.
Jolteon @ Leftovers
Nature- Modest
Thunderbolt
Baton Pass
Agility
Bite/Substitute
Jolteon should never carry physical attacks since its Att stat is low. With this set, it can Baton Pass speed and Substitutes to any of your other Pokémons.
Metagross @ Lum Berry
Nature- Adamant
Meteor Mash
Agility
Earthquake
Explosion
Metagross can't learn Cosmic Power. Anyway, Metagross should be used as a physical sweeper, hence no need of psychic.
I would suggest against using Meganium and Jolteon in the Battle Frontier. Meganium is simply not that great. There are better Grass Pokémons out there. Baton Passers aren't very effective in a 3 vs. 3 environment. The other 4 are good candidates for the battle frontier. You can go with a Metagross, Flygon, Blastoise line up. When ever you feel, you can substitute Blaziken over Flygon.

Or you can use Metagross as a Choice Bander.
Metagross@Choice Band
Trait: Clear Body
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -sAtk)
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Explosion
And you can use Leftovers on Flygon, and use Screech over Quick Attack or Fire Blast.
