Hyper Beam, Hydro Cannon, etc are just bad..
I'm guessing you're not going to rebreed them for better natures/moves..

Kangaskhan - looks ok to me

Dragonite
-Substitute
-Focus Punch
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt

Latias - double STAB + CM looks fine

Raikou - Substitute over Thunder

Blaziken - Swords Dance over Blaze Kick

Blastiose - Counter and Rest over the last two moves

Alzi, avoid suggesting Hidden Powers in-game. Also, odd that you suggest to change Raikou's nature (which is impossible) yet leave Blastoise and Blaziken's natures untouched. Focus Punch doesn't work effectively in-game without any form of defense to avoid getting hit (e.g Hypnosis/Substitute). There is no spiker in his whole team.
