Same thing as said in my Fire Based Team thread... It's used for the BF.

Name: Ludicolo
Item: Lefties
Nature: Calm
Trait: Rain Dish
EV Spread:IDK exactly, pretty much mixxed, nothing in Atk.
Moveset:
1) Rain Dance
2) Leech Seed
3) Dive
4) Toxic
Haxxer and supporter of the Team. I'm planning to re-breed it so I can make a Sp.Sweeper of it.

Name: Starmie
Item: Lum Berry
Nature: Modest
Trait: Natural Cure
EV Spread: 252 Sp.Atk / Spd
Moveset:
1) Surf
2) Psychic
3) Thunder
4) Ice Beam
Teh Sweepa of teh Team (lol).

Name: Gyarados
Item: Scope Lens
Nature: Adamant
Trait: Intimidate
EV Spread: 252 Atk / Spd
Moveset:
1) EQ
2) DD
3) Hydro Pump
4) Return.
Well, the Physical Sweeper of the team. I putted Hydro Pump on it so it can use the Rain Dance and STAB.

To be made:

Name: Electabuzz
Item: ???
Nature: Lonenly / Mild ???
Trait: Static
EV Spread: ???
Moveset:
1) Cross Chop / Brick Break (For Blisseys etc)
2) Thunder
3) Psychic
4) Meditate ???

Any good suggestions???

Keep the current Ludicolo. Its a great way of destroying enemy bulky waters.
Starmie doesn't need Lum Berry when it has Natural Cure Ability. Replace it with Shell Bell.
Gyarados would be better with Lonely/Naughty Nature to avoid the SAtt reduction.

Normally Electabuzz should be like this:
Electabuzz @ Leftovers
Trait: Static
Mild Nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Cross Chop
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Punch
- Fire Punch
Due to Rain Dance, you may want to replace Fire Punch with Psychic, thus its very similar to Starmie. Therefore, Electabuzz doesn't bring much benefit.

Electabuzz with Meditate doesn't work.

Erm, the 3 Water pokemon are fine, just watch out for STAB Thunderbolts. Put Shell Bell on Starmie, Lum Berry is useless when it has Natural Cure. Give the Lum Berry to Gyarados instead.

K, thanks. I won't use Gyara then... It sucks. I'll use Milotic instead, or Regice.

I think Gyarados was best as its a good physical sweeper. Milotic is a simply bulky water. Gyarados is strong with good defenses and HP + Intimidate Ability. Regice is good as a bolt-beamer, which Starmie already does. Your Sunny Day team is better than Rain Dance team, since Rain Dance doesn't support that may varieties of Pokémons.
