You will have to breed all of them for better Natures. Training should be easy since you can re battle the Elite 4, or use VS Seeker mostly in Island 7.

E4 only upgrade themselves once. Move re-learner is in Island 2 and will take 2 Tiny Mushrooms/1 Big Mushroom.
