I'm thinking about buliding a new team, but before I start I've gotta beat my new game Sapphire version. So here's my temporary team in Sapphire for the Elite Four (since it's only for temp. use only I didn't EV train them, and they're pretty much all sweepers):

Sceptile @ Chesto Berry -->I don't have many Lums
Overgrow
[forgot nature]
Leaf Blade
Aerial Ace
Iron Tail
Rest

Walrein @ Chesto Berry
Thick Fat
Rash ---> I had a Modest one but it had sucky IVs
Earthquake (TM from FireRed)
Surf
Ice Beam
Rest

Flygon @ Shell Bell
Levitate
Relaxed
Earthquake
Steel Wing
Crunch
Screech

Heracross @ Salac Berry
Swarm
Adamant
Reversal
Megahorn
Endure
Bulk Up

Slaking @ Leftovers
Truant
Naughty
Return
Counter
Shadow Ball
Roar

Gardevoir @ Shell Bell
Synchronize
[forgot nature]
Psychic
Calm Mind
Thunderbolt
Double Team [maybe Safeguard?]

^Two Shadow Ball's on Slaking?
Earthquake over one.

You can't get Substitute and Thunder Punch on Sceptile in Sapphire.

You also can't get Swords Dance Hera in Sapphire.

Plus his original Hera moveset was fine. Your rate was way bad. EndRevving without a Salac Berry is just plain dumb.

Not always, if you have a max speed Jolly Heracross it's useful.

OK then, this is in-game. Fine fine, anything goes.
