hi i have an lvl90raichu whith an question

When we release an legendary(like moltres)
can we rebattle him and recruit him?

No since you cant recruit raichus.

Um, Captain Swampert, I think you got a little bit confused.

Yes you can re-recruit ledgendaries, unlike the main games. Have no idea why, but it's good, never the less.

Note that the Lati@s can't be recruited again if released. The rest may be re-recruited.

In my emerald (i know no MD) i have releaed Rayquaza so i can get him back??

Nope, in the regular games, once it's released it's gone.
