^SubPunching Raichu is set is more effective. Rain Dance was originally there to increase accuracy of Thunder.

At the moment I was going for this with Eevee,
Eevee
Quick Attack/Move when evolved
Shadow Ball
Dig
Iron Tail
However I don't know where to get any of the TM's. The natures of the others are, Relaxed Nido, Bashful Aerodactyl, Quiet Drag. Does anyone know any guides that tell you where all the TM's are. Yes this sounds nooby I know. Please don't kill me for saying this, I suck at finding TM's.

Quiet Dragonite can have
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam

However, since your Raichu already used Substitute, you won't be able to give it to Dragonite. Its best to breed and give them the Natures (and movesets) as suggested by ShinyManafi. If possible, evolve Eevee since its hard to use unevolved Pokémons. Eevee has low stats and can't receive/give much damage. Its best with non-damaging attacks like Toxic/Charm.

You can check this list (http://serebii.net/red_green/tmhm.shtml) for locations of TMs. You can also breed TM moves on to the Pokémons in most cases.

I didn't know whether to evolve Eevee into Flareon or use Growlithe/Arcanine because I wanted to evolve Eevee into Espeon when I get the national dex. -has two copies of FR just incase one screws up- /nerd.
