Finding the three legendary birds in dungeon

I have finish the game. I am looking for zapdos, articuno and moltres to recruit but i can't find it. Here I sought:

Zapdos - MT Thunder
Articuno - MT Freeze
Moltres - MT Blaze

Zapdos - Mt Thunder
Moltres - Mt Blaze
Articuno - Frosty Forest

You can only go to Mt. Blaze Peak, Mt. Thunder Peak and Frosty Grotto if you go to Mt. Blaze, Mt. Thunder and Frosty Grotto without doing a mission.

Make sure your pokemon is high level (Why am i saying that? my blaziken was only Lv 43!). Make sure you go alone and keep trying!
