I need help on red mystery dungeon

For a really long time i've been trying to beat zapdos on red mystery dungeon
I' ve come to the conclusion that this is because my team is to low leveled (bulbasaur and pikachu)
does anyone know where i can train them decently because it takes ages growing them even 1 lvl let alone 5

^ That's not helping. Try going to the Makuhita Dojo. I'd go for the types I'm strong (in your case water) and go through multiple times.

or just keep battling in dungeons...that way you'll get items,money and new pokemon..good luck!! i also started with bulbasaur and pikachu(now venusaur and raichu)..:D
