Does rain dance power up electric moves as well as water?

Only water moves get powered up. However, Thunder has 100acc. in rain.

Rain Dance affects the ff moves:

1. All damaging water-type moves - Damage is multiplied by 1.5.
2. Thunder - Accuracy becomes Swift-like, or never misses.
3. Moonlight/Morning Sun/Synthesis - The HP healed by these moves decreases. (I think it's from 1/2 to 1/3, not sure though.)
4. Weather Ball - Becomes Water-type. (so does Castform.)

Synthesis, Moonlight and Morning Sun heals 1/2 of max HP.
Under Rain Dance, Sandstorm and Hail it restores only 1/4 of max HP.
Under Sunny Day it restores 2/3 of max HP.

Rain Dance halves the power of Fire Attacks and Solarbeam.

dont want to annoy, solarbeam takes two turns to charge :)

Only the power, not the turns.
Solar Beam takes 1 turn if Sunny Day is on.

I forgot to put on the list that the damage done by fire-type attacks are halved in Rain Dance.
